第三品 正知――四明覺 Kāyānupassanā sampajānapabbaṃ
☆ 四明覺 ―➢ ⓵ 【有益明覺】sātthaka-sampajañña,在生起念頭時,就能在有益及無益之間,作出有益選擇。 ➾ ⓶ 【合宜明覺】sappāya-sampajañña,能夠於適宜與不適宜之間,作出適宜選擇。 ➾ ⓷ 【行處明覺】gocara-sampajañña,行住坐臥,不捨棄念處。 ➾ ⓸ 【無痴明覺】asammoha-sampajañña,在行住坐臥等各方面,沒有愚痴、我見。
(五) 376. “Puna caparaṃ, bhikkhave, bhikkhu abhikkante paṭikkante sampajānakārī hoti,
又,比丘們!比丘不論➊ 行往歸來,正知而作;
"Furthermore, when going forward & returning, he makes himself fully alert;
ālokite vilokite sampajānakārī hoti, samiñjite pasārite sampajānakārī hoti,
➋ 觀前、顧後,正知而作;➌ 於屈、於伸,正知而作;
when looking toward & looking away... when bending & extending his limbs...
saṅghāṭipattacīvaradhāraṇe sampajānakārī hoti,
➍ 搭衣、持缽,正知而作;
when carrying his outer cloak, his upper robe & his bowl...
asite pīte khāyite sāyite sampajānakārī hoti,
➎ 於食、飲、咀嚼、嘗味,正知而作;
when eating, drinking, chewing, & savoring...
uccārapassāvakamme sampajānakārī hoti,
➏ 於大、小便,正知而作;
when urinating & defecating...
gate ṭhite nisinne sutte jāgarite bhāsite tuṇhībhāve sampajānakārī hoti.
➐ 於行、住、坐、臥、醒、語、默,正知而作。
when walking, standing, sitting, falling asleep, waking up, talking, & remaining silent, he makes himself fully alert.
Iti ajjhattaṃ vā…pe…
像這樣,⑴ 隨時――在身體中,從內六處,如實觀看、發現身體;⑵ 隨時――在身體中,從外六處,如實觀看、發現身體;⑶ 或者,同時――在身體中,從內、外六處,如實觀看、發現身體。
⑷ 隨時――如實觀看、發現身體中之集聖諦;⑸ 隨時――如實觀看、發現身體中之滅聖諦;⑹ 或者,同時――如實觀看、發現身體中之集、滅聖諦。
⑺ 而且,他隨時正念現前:『這是身體!』⑻ 修成只有正念和只有觀智之境界;⑼ 此外,無所依止,⑽ 不再執著――身心世界任何事物!
"In this way he remains focused internally on the body in & of itself, or focused externally... unsustained by anything in the world.
evampi kho, bhikkhave, bhikkhu kāye kāyānupassī viharati.
比丘們!這就是――比丘隨時,在身體中,如實觀看、發現身體。
This is how a monk remains focused on the body in & of itself.
